What it costs

You’re invited to contribute €100 (£87) excluding VAT for the workshop, minus the cost of the book if you’ve already ordered it. I want this to be accessible to all, so those on lower incomes can pay less. See the booking pages for more details.

The workshops

Since the core content of these workshops is the same, I recommend booking only the one that most resonates with you. There will be future learning opportunities to complement these workshops announced later.

12 May 2021: Work with Source, awaken the Feminine and Honor the Masculine.

With co-host Fanny Norlin.

Fanny Norlin

In Fanny Norlin’s exploration and practice of participatory leadership during the last ten years, she has seen the biggest breakthroughs emerge through the combination of working with source, coupled with understanding the dynamics of feminine and masculine leadership. In this workshop, based on the experience of applying these principles as a senior leader of one of the Nordics largest tech companies, Fanny will share fresh perspectives on how feminine and masculine leadership, through the lens of source, make businesses thrive in the participatory paradigm.

Join us in our exploration of how we can create organisations where we truly unleash the creative force that comes from the feminine and the masculine standing in their full power, in support of each other, and in service of what is wanting to emerge.

26 May 2021: Work with Source and Growing a Thriving Global Community

With co-host Samantha Moyo.

Samantha was the founder of Morning Gloryville — the sober movement that grew a community of 200,000 within 18months + over 3000 press articles, covered by The BBC, CNN, Financial Times, Vogue and more.

Today, Samantha is the founder of Tamuka: “We run experiments that connect communities through arts and culture. We observe societal challenges and come up with concepts that tackle them.”

Samantha has been on an epic journey as a founder and will weave their experience and perspective into the workshop.

NEW DATE: 10 June 2021: Work with Source and ‘Teal’ Organisations

With co-hosts Richard D. Bartlett and Natalia Lombardo, co-founders of The Hum and stewards of Enspiral, a network of next-stage organisations.

Richard D. Bartlett and Natalia Lombardo

How can we build new ways of organising that transcend both the individualistic industrial paradigm and also egalitarian systems? How can we work consciously with power? Working with source is part of the answer.

This is a workshop for those developing new organisational forms to bring new ideas into the world or change the systems we live in for the better.

The April workshop was sold out so we’re doing it again in June.

More workshops being plotted

Subscribe to my mailing list to be the first to hear when dates are confirmed (you can unsubscribe any time). Here are some that are in the pipeline.

Shall we co-host a workshop for your community? Please get in touch and let’s make something happen.

I’m particular interested in working with talented co-hosts who might sometimes feel overlooked for events.

Work with Source and How to Host a Vision with Others

With co-host Ria Baeck, author of Collective Presencing and a leading global practitioner of Art of Hosting.

Ria Baeck

A workshop for citizens who want to see change in their communities and don’t want to just leave it to politicians. What does it mean to “make a call” — to open a field where people can come together to realise a vision? What’s the role of the individual who takes this first vital step?

Whether you’re already working on realising a worthwhile vision or wondering if or how to get started, working with source can help you understand how a vision can come to life with the participation of many people.
